Your dog must be at least one year old and have lived with you for at least 6 months.
Make sure you have:

- A paper copy of the dog’s rabies certificate (not the tag).
- The $20 test fee in cash or check.
- Approved equipment: Choker, buckle or martingale collars or front clip training harnesses only.
- A 4-foot lead (if you don’t have one, we’ll provide one!)
