Important: Application is 2 pages - the application and the waiver. Be sure to print out both pages and sign, date and return the waiver along with your class choices!

OUR CLASSES FILL QUICKLY!  PLEASE SEND US YOUR COMPLETED APPLICATION NO LATER THAN August 18, 2010.

All dogs (other than puppies) must have proof of Rabies vaccination.

Slip collar and a 6-ft. leash are required to participate and are available for sale at the class site.

Notes: 

  • Puppy Beginner ("Kindergarten") - Dogs must be between 12 weeks and 6 months of age.
  • Classes begin on the hour or half hour as indicated in the chart above.
  • Class size limitations: Beginner classes are limited to ten dogs.
